All financial transactions on the ex2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is registered in their name.

Deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. ex2 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

Regarding withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the name of the registered user.
  • Ex2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
  • Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are stated in the Account section of the platform and are subject to change from time to time.

Ex2 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of violating these terms or involving fraudulent activity, without being obligated to provide detailed reasons to the user in question.

Users agree to use the ex2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Specifically prohibited activities include:

  • The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Account activity suspected of involving fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation.

Intellectual Property
